transactions and you’re wondering how to juggle them all and keep them all in order, then
you’re in the right place. By the end of this video, I’ll show you some
different transaction management software and how it can keep you better in line. For years I’ve been researching and testing
different transaction management softwares and I found the best that work for myself
and for others as well. There are many different transaction management
softwares and like I explained in my prior video about CRMs, it doesn’t seem that there’s
one size that fits all, so you need to know what you need out of your real estate business. For the longest time, I was just flying by
the seat of my pants. I’d get a deal, I’d make my way through the
file and I didn’t think anything of it until I got into some true transaction management
and realized how much more smoothly it went and how everything pieced all together and
nothing fell through the cracks. With transaction management, it keeps track
of all your deals in one place so that you can keep track of them and know what you need
to do at certain intervals of the transaction. Myself, I have a CRM called Realvolve and
that does CRM tasks and transaction management all in one. So for example with Realvolve I can set up
what’s called workflows. I can have a workflow for a buyer, a seller,
somebody with an accepted offer, removing all conditions, a listing. And whatever I select that transaction for
that workflow, it’ll tell me exactly what I need to do, who to send emails to, when
to keep on top of it, when to remind me that I need to check in on financing, get the home
inspection ordered. It sounds simple, but I mean when you have
a few transactions on the go, things do fall through the cracks. With this, it never happens. I’ve been using it for a few years now and
because of it, every customer gets the exact same level of experience and nothing ever
does fall through the cracks. I know it’s all getting done and then in an
efficient and timely manner. Do you currently have a transaction management
software system that you use? If so, comment below and let me know. Now, there are different types of transaction
management software, like I said before, and Realvolve is just one part of it where it
keeps track of both, but I also have another one where I keep all my documents electronically
stored. I use Transaction Desk through Authentisign,
so that has the digital signatures and the digital paperwork all in one. Therefore, if I need paperwork, I can pull
it right up on my phone. If a lender asked for a certain piece of paper,
I’ve got it in my Transaction Desk, I can pull it up, send it to them. It’s basically a virtual filing cabinets so
that keeps me organized as well. DocuSign also has their own version as well. I’ve used it before and same thing. I also recommend it. It is another great product. So basically I would just do a Google search,
go to Google, search transaction management software programs and you will see a bunch
of different options. A couple others I do recommend you could check
out is Dotloop and Skyslope. Those are two other big ones in the real estate
industry. I mean it just keeps everything in track for
you. It tells you when you need to do things. It just keeps you so much more organized versus
what you ever will be before and I know I’ve seen a huge change for myself. I’m able to get through a lot more deals in
a lot less time and give back my freedom of my family time or whatever time means most
of you, all thanks to transaction management software. Now that you know all about transaction management
software, but you’re wanting maybe some more apps to kick it up a notch, then you’re going
to want to check out my link in the description below for my free guide on apps that I use
that have five times my leads. If you liked this video, please let me know
by liking it, subscribing, and sharing with anyone else that you may find this beneficial
for. Also, if you have any questions about transaction
management software, please comment below and let me know. When you’re done here, be sure to check out
