Beautiful common areas and an espectacular view. Sayulita is growing and it has a lot of opportunity and added value. The last option on my top tips to invest is Gran Venerian. Forgotten for years due the economic recesion Grans Venetian is already finishing the third tower. They’re in the Hotels zone. I believe that the upcoming new mall in the zone, “La Isla” is going to help a lot to rise the prices on all of this zone. Grand Venetian has a beautiful and privilege spot in front of the beach of the Hotels Zone. It’s one of the properties that has more beach front in the whole area. Besides, the services are excellent. There’s a restaurant, a gym, a spa, also has six swimingpools, elevators and 24 hours security. And also, the most atractive thing is that they’re starting theyr prices on 1850 dollars per meter square. This is the most economic product in all whole zone in front of the beach.
