on immediate rental return. or if you have no immediate need to move in. or if you prefer progressive payments during
construction, that give you more time, than a full 100% payment. or if you prefer to pay lesser interests for
a start, if you are borrowing, and the loan drawdowns are progressive and not immediate. or if you prefer a brand new house, than an
old one. or if you are more concerned on larger capital
gain in not too far future, which is the case now. for all these reasons, then you may want to
go for new launches. Go for resale, if you are more concerned on
immediate rental return. or if you need to move in immediately. or if you can afford a 100% full payment. or if you don’t mind higher interests payment,
if you are borrowing, and the loan drawdown is full and immediate. or if you don’t mind an older house. or if you are eyeing for enbloc gain in future. for all these reasons, you may want to consider
